Location
The villa is located in Komiža on the island of Vis.
In the immediate vicinity (at 100m) there are sports fields - tennis, basketball, handball, football. To the first beach is 450m.
Exterior
The Villa
- It comprises a built-up area of 400m2 , with two residential units and one apartment each with kitchen and bathroom, including 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 floors.
Exteriors:
- East side: Planted fruit trees: cherries, lemons, oranges, cherries, ornamental plants
- On all sides: surrounded by greenery (olives, figs, cherries, carob)
- On the Northwest and Northeast sides: empty lots.
- Entrance: From the main road into the garage and into the house
- Exterior lighting: LED lighting, sensors, fully lit by LED lighting
- Two pergolas: In the yard; iron constructions with wooden beams of iroko
- Pool: 50m3: 7x4x1,70 (m)
- Engine room with pool equipment
Heating & Cooling:
- All rooms are air-conditioned (heating and cooling)
- Basement: Cooling and heating are air-conditioned
- Basement: Room and bathroom include underfloor heating
